Generation She provides resources, events, and a growing community to prepare all women— cis and trans— and all non-binary and gender-nonconforming individuals to be the leaders of tomorrow. We are a group of women who have benefitted from mentorship and entrepreneurship education ourselves, and are committed to creating similar opportunities for other women in business and tech.
We strive to close the gender gap in the current leadership landscape. Our work focuses on instilling young women and non-binary people with a sense of ownership and entrepreneurial spirit.
In February of 2020, we launched our chapters program, which aims to encourage more young women and non-binary people to pursue careers in business and leadership. Participating students have access to workshops, host speaker events, and create their own business projects, which they can bring to the events you will host! There are over 96 chapters today!
